Jake and I are in the midst of packing for Rwanda. It's a lot messier than I had envisioned and constantly interrupted with perpetual trips up and down the stairs for things I've just remembered we absolutely need. Unfortunately, about half of the time I get distracted by finding something that wasn't my original object of interest, but also necessary, and then I forget what I came upstairs for in the first place. Oh, well. I figure if I've thought of it once I'm bound to think of it again. :)
Today is going to be a busy day, but I thought I'd post some pictures of our packing attempt so far. I'd also like to say a huge THANK YOU to Amie and David for letting us completely take over the basement at this point in time. You're the best!
Enjoy the pics!
Here's the view of the whole area we've managed to commandeer!
This bag is Good-To-Go! 47 lbs and all!
The hot mess that is the pile of things we're "pretty sure" we want...
Our shoes! (we're bringing A LOT of shoes)
